For the past several decades, we, as a culture, have focused on touting our strengths and accomplishments. Striving to be at the top of our field and to attain the rewards of the system we are in.
It’s important to know your strengths. Use them to make the world a better place. Use them to help your team. What you love and are good at, but see as “nothing special” might be just the contribution that is needed and difficult for someone else to do. It’s also important to know your “why” or purpose. Use it as your north star to apply your strengths in ways that make you come alive instead of scattering your energy.
It might require some time to think about your “why” and your strengths, but it is worth it. If you need help in this endeavor, that’s where I can lend my strengths. Visit the About – Puzzle Pieces Coaching page on this website.
