I’m not a hoarder, but I do collect things. Articles, links to videos, things that made sense when I added them to my computer.
As a learning and development professional, I read and watch a lot of professional development material for course work. Recently I actually looked at my “in progress” list of content on LinkedIn Learning and I had over 43 items languishing there. In some cases, I had added a video or segment to students’ pre-work, and the algorithm “helped me out” by adding the whole course to my queue. Over the past few weeks, I’ve made it a point to go through this material, saving some, pruning others, creating learning collections (playlists) for my organization.
My home computer is equally bad, but that’s topic for another week.
