I am quick at making decisions and formulating opinions, but I get new insights and a new perspective from you on anything we discuss. I value very much that you provide me an alternative way of looking at things and give me the chance to challenge myself. I think you achieve that thoughtfulness by being a meticulous researcher. You search out as much information as you can find before formulating any opinions, you willingly assimilate new information (even if it is contradictory to what you had before) and you have the innate researcher’s need to ask questions.
