Build a collage related to something you’d like to do that would require courage. You can use photos that depict the actual thing (e.g. flying a plane, starting a business), or materials that convey feelings related to the activity (yarn, fidget toys)
Supplies:
- a variety of picture magazines (including those un-asked for circulars that show up in your mailbox, printed photos from the internet, etc.)
- Tactile materials like yarn, shiny things,
- Glue, tape, markers, paint
- Mini drop cloths (so you can make a mess without worrying about it).
Alternative – paint or draw something that represents this thing you’d like to try
